Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to the first day of a reservation will receive a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made between 30 days and 45 days prior to the first day of a reservation will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount. Any cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount. For security purposes, please provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.

Payments will be made by credit card, unless otherwise or as agreed by Owner. At the time of booking, Guest will pay the full booking amount for the reserved stay. All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card when a cottage is booked.

Security Deposit

A security deposit in the amount of $1,200.00 will be charged prior to check-in. The security deposit will be held until after check-out and will be used to cover any damage to the cottage or its furnishings, other than normal wear and tear.
